Switching Technologies Gunther Ltd — Important, 04-06-2026: Company Update

Switching Technologies Gunther Limited announced a significant change in its ownership structure. The former Promoter, Guenther America Inc., sold its entire holding of 9,22,000 equity shares to a group of acquirers including Touristas Horizons Private Limited, BBU Enterprises Private Limited, and Mr. Nikhil Pujari. Consequently, Guenther America Inc. is reclassified from the Promoter/Promoter Group to the "Public" category. The new acquirers now collectively hold 14,27,722 equity shares, representing 58.28% of the company's equity capital, which stands at INR 2.45 Cr. This marks a complete exit of the former promoter.
