Bharat Forge has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 6.50 per equity share (325%) for FY26. The Record Date for shareholders to be eligible for this dividend is July 03, 2026. If approved at the Annual General Meeting on August 11, 2026, the dividend payment will commence on or after August 14, 2026. Investors holding shares by July 03 will qualify for this payout.
