Regency Fincorp Ltd — Important, 04-06-2026: Company Update

Regency Fincorp's Board approved the private placement of 1000, 15% Listed, Secured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating to INR 10 Cr. These NCDs, with a face value of INR 1 Lakh each, were allotted to LC Venture Debt Fund and will be listed on BSE. The 15% coupon NCDs have a 19-month tenor and will be repaid monthly. This issuance provides the company with significant debt capital to support its operations and growth. The NCDs are secured by an exclusive charge on the company's performing loan receivables.
