Syschem (India) Limited has amicably settled a dispute with M/S Lotus Builders concerning dishonoured cheques, previously subject to National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) proceedings. Both parties entered a Settlement Agreement, resolving all claims. Syschem will pay 1.25 Cr as a full and final settlement. This agreement facilitates the withdrawal of the NCLT case, removing a legal overhang. The company anticipates no material adverse financial impact beyond the settlement amount, thereby providing clarity and stability regarding this past legal matter.
