Yarn Syndicate has announced a board meeting on March 9, 2026, where it was decided to collect the First and Final Call Money of ₹ 13.50 per partly paid-up equity share from its rights issue. Shareholders holding these shares as of the record date, Friday, May 15, 2026, must pay between Monday, June 8, 2026, and Monday, June 22, 2026. Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of shares and prior payments. Trading in these partly paid shares was suspended from May 15, 2026. This final payment completes the equity capital collection from the rights issue.
