Suraj Industries Ltd — Important, 04-06-2026: Company Update

Suraj Industries' subsidiary, Carya Chemicals & Fertilizers (CARYA), commissioned a bottling facility in April 2025 with 0.48 Cr cases per annum capacity. CARYA now has a manufacturing arrangement with Radico Khaitan Limited, with bottling operations for their brands expected to commence shortly. This tie-up aims to enhance capacity utilization and expand market presence. Furthermore, CARYA is establishing a 125 KLPD grain-based distillery, anticipated to be commissioned by July-August 2026. This distillery will provide captive ENA, strengthening backward integration, improving operational efficiencies, and supporting margin enhancement. The company is progressing towards becoming a fully integrated alco-bev manufacturer.
