Uni Abex Alloy Products Ltd — Important, 04-06-2026: Company Update

Uni Abex Alloy Products has notified shareholders regarding the transfer of equity shares and unclaimed dividends to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). This applies to dividends unpaid or unclaimed for seven consecutive years, specifically from financial year 2018-19 onwards. Affected shareholders have received individual notices. The company is also promoting a "Saksham Niveshak" campaign to facilitate KYC updates and help shareholders claim their outstanding dividends. Shareholders must claim their unclaimed dividends and corresponding shares by September 05, 2026, after which these assets will be transferred to the IEPF. After transfer, shareholders will need to claim them directly from the IEPF.
