AVI Polymers' board approved a 1:10 bonus share issue and a 1:10 stock split (Rs 10 to Re 1 FV) to boost liquidity & affordability. They also plan to increase authorized capital to Rs 105 Cr and diversify into Green Tech & Sustainability sectors.
