Ashok Leyland delivered a landmark FY'26 with record revenue (INR44,007 Cr), profit, and cash surplus (net cash INR5,899 Cr). Q4 revenue rose 19% YoY to INR14,161 Cr, with an EBITDA margin of 14.6%. Full-year EBITDA margin hit 13%. Domestic MHCV and LCV volumes grew 12% for the year, with LCV achieving its highest-ever annual volume. Exports reached a historic high. Subsidiary Switch Mobility achieved net profitability; Hinduja Leyland Finance and Hinduja Housing Finance showed robust growth. Management is cautiously optimistic, noting strong underlying demand resilience despite macroeconomic headwinds like commodity costs and diesel prices.
