Strategic moves include opening its 3rd COCO showroom in Dhanbad and planning a 4th in Deoghar, alongside establishing an in-house design studio for proprietary IP. A key development is the partnership with RAPIDO, enabling Deltic EV buyers to earn income from day one, aiming to boost sales and enhance financing access. The company is also transitioning to LFP batteries for improved longevity and safety.

Management emphasizes strengthening operational efficiency, expanding its retail network by targeting 140 new dealer partners in FY27, and growing its government/institutional business. Their focus is on building a stronger business and delivering reliable mobility solutions for sustainable growth, especially in Tier-II & III towns.
