Further to our earlier intimation(s) on the captioned subject, we wish to inform you

that the Board of directors (“The Board”), at their meeting held today i.e., June 5, 2026, inter alia, considered and approved

the following: The Issue opened

on June 03, 2026 and closed on June 05, 2026,

& Approved the closure of the issue period i.c. June 05, 2026 pursuant to the receipt

of application forms for an aggregate of 13.00.000 full paid-up equity shares of the Company and the funds in the eseronw

aecuuey from eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers in accordance with the terms of the Issue, which opened on June 03,

2026;

b- - Determined and approved the allocation of 14,00,000 Equity Shares to the cligible

Qualified Institutional Buyers for the issue price of Rs. 50/- per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs 40/- per Equity

Share on face value of Rs. 10) (“Issue Price™);

¢ Approved and adopted the Placement Document dated June 05, 2026,

d. Approved and finalized the confirmation of- allocation note to be sent to the eligible

qualified institutional buyers, intimating them of allocation of Equity Shares pursuant to the Issue.

The meeting was commenced at 04.15 PM and concluded at 4.40 PM.
