Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements),

Regulations 2015, we hereby inform you that Mr. Virender Sharma has tendered his resignation as Chief

Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company to pursue new professional

opportunities. The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from his duties with effect from

June 05, 2026.

Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular

HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure-I to this

letter.

A Copy of resignation letter is attached herewith as Annexure - II.
