This is in continuation of our previous communication dated 20th May 2026, please note that the

application bearing IA (I.B.C.) No. 1538/2022, pertaining to the approval of the Resolution Plan, and IA

(I.B.C.) No. 764/2022, pertaining to Section 19(2) Application seeking cooperation were scheduled for

hearing before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal ("NCLT"), Chandigarh Bench on 02nd June

2026.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the LODR read with Schedule III, Part A, Clause A, we wish to inform you

that on 02nd June 2026, IA (I.B.C.) No. 764/2022 was taken up for arguments, and the submissions of

the respondent R-1 to R-5, R-6, and R-10 were heard. However, due to paucity of time the other

application i.e. IA (I.B.C.) No. 1538/2022, pertaining to the approval of the Resolution Plan could not be

taken up. The matters are now listed for further hearing on 08th July 2026.
