Sub: Intimation of submission of application for reclassification of one of the Promoters from

“Promoter to Public Category” shareholder of the Company pursuant to Regulation 31A of Securities

and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

(“SEBI Listing Regulations”)

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to our earlier intimation dated May 22, 2026 regarding the receipt of a request from a

Promoter seeking reclassification from the “Promoter” category to the “Public” category under

Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI

Listing Regulations”), and our subsequent intimation dated June 1, 2026 informing the approval of the

Board of Directors for the said reclassification, we wish to further inform you as under:

Pursuant to Regulation 31A of the SEBI Listing Regulations and the amendments made thereto from

time to time, the Company has submitted an application dated June 05, 2026 to BSE Limited (“BSE”)

seeking its No Objection for the proposed reclassification of the following person from the “Promoter”

category to the “Public” category:

The application has been filed based on the request received from the aforesaid promoter and

pursuant to the approval accorded by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on

and sanctions as may be required under applicable laws.
