Pursuant to the Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015,

we wish to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on

Wednesday, June 10, 2026, inter-alia to transact the following businesses as under:

1. To consider the appointment of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.

2. To consider the Proposal to raise funds through issuance of equity shares by way of a rights issue

permitted under applicable law, subject to requisite regulatory and statutory approvals

3. Any other business with the permission of the Chair.

Further, pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,

2015, as amended from time to time, read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider

trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from June 05,

2026, and shall reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the outcome of the Board Meeting.
