This is in continuation of our earlier intimations dated May 25, 2026 and May 30, 2026, regarding

the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to consider and approve, inter

alia, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the βinancial year ended March 31, 2026,

along with other business matters.

It is hereby informed that, due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting of the Board of

Directors of the Company has once again been postponed and rescheduled. Accordingly, the said

meeting shall now be held on Monday, June 08, 2026, at the registered ofβice of the Company

situated at SH-B/09, New Heera Panna CHS Ltd, Gokul Village Shanti Park, Mira Road East, Thane,

Maharashtra – 401107.

Further as informed earlier, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as

amended, read with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading

window for dealing in the securities of the company for designated persons of company deβined

under the code, has already been closed from April 01, 2026 and shall remain closed till the end

of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended

on 31st March, 2026.
