In accordance with regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and

Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we hereby inform

you that Mr. Jitender, Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer (Key Managerial

Personnel), of the Company, has tendered his resignation due to personal reasons and a

medical emergency at home.

There are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned above.

The requisite details pertaining to the above change, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the

SEBI (LODR) Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No.

SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024, and HO/49/14/14(7)2025-

CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure-I.
