AUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE QUARTER AND YEAR ENDED 31ST

MARCH, 2026

Dear Sir,

In accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure

Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is required to submit its Audited Financial

Results together with the Auditor's Report, for the quarter and financial year ended 31st

March,2026 to the Stock Exchange within sixty days from the end of the financial year, i.e., on

or before 30th May, 2026.

The preparation of the financial statements and completion of the statutory audit are presently

in progress. The Company is making all efforts to complete the audit process and submit the

Audited Financial Results at the earliest. We regret the delay and assure our continued

commitment to complying with all applicable regulatory requirements.

Further, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)

Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the

Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has already been closed and shall

continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid financial results.
