Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding execution of strategic agreements for Digital Lending

Operations

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note that this disclosure is being submitted in supersession of the earlier intimation filed by the

Company with the Exchange on the same subject. Accordingly, the aforesaid earlier intimation may

kindly be treated as withdrawn and disregarded, and this revised disclosure may be taken on record for

all purposes.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure

Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Moongipa Capital Finance Limited

has executed strategic agreements with Codemodulu Financial Investment Services Private Limited

(MoneyAse) for strengthening its digital lending business.

Under these arrangements, the Company will leverage the MoneyAse digital platform for customer

sourcing, digital onboarding and loan servicing support, while all lending decisions, credit appraisal,

sanction, pricing, disbursement and regulatory compliance shall remain exclusively with the Company.

The above strategic arrangements are expected to enhance the Company's digital lending capabilities,

expand customer reach and improve operational efficiency in compliance with the applicable regulatory

framework issued by the Reserve Bank of India.
