In terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the meeting of the Board of

Directors of M/s. Sparc Electrex Limited for consideration Standalone Audited Financial Results of the

Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026 along with Auditors Report thereon in

terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, has been postponed / delayed / rescheduled on

Saturday, 13th June, 2026 at the registered office of the Company at 1202, 12th Floor, Esperanza Building, Next

to Bank of Baroda, 198, Linking Road, Bandra (West), Mumbai - 400050 at 03.30 p.m.

Disclosure of reason for delay in submission of Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter and

financial year ended March 31, 2026:

In continuation to earlier intimation dated 30.05.2026, this is to inform you further that due to additional time

required for the extensive reconciliation of inter-branch accounts and balance confirmations across multiple

locations, which is essential to ensure a true and fair view of the financial statements, the Company will not be

able to disclose its Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31,

2026 within the stipulated timeline specified under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

We also request to consider the reason disclosed herein above as compliance with the requirement as per SEBI

Circular No.CIR/CFD/CMD-1/142/2018 dated 19th November, 2018 informing reason for delay in submission of

audited financial results.

The Company will provide timely updates and developments regarding the declaration of the Audited Financial

Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The trading window for dealing in the

securities of the Company, which was closed for Company’s Director/designated persons associated with the

Company from April 01, 2026 continues to remain closed till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of

Audited Financial Results (Standalone) approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused and assure you that all necessary steps are being taken to

expedite the process.
