Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited — JV/Acquisition, 06-06-2026: Acquisition

Further to the intimation letter dated August 02, 2025, we hereby inform that the Companyhas completed an additional investment of ₹ 2.5 million in the wholly owned subsidiaryof the Company Advanced Nutrazyme Private Limited [ ANPL ] by way of investing inthe rights issue of 2,50,000 Equity Shares of ₹ 10 each. With this, the investment of theCompany in ANPL has increased to ₹3 million divided into 3,00,000 Equity Shares of ₹10each.
