In compliance with Regulation 30 and Regulation 3 lA of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and

Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we regret to inform you about the sad demise of

Dr.Thavamani Devi Palaniswami (DIN: 00012135), Joint Managing Director of the Company, on

06.06.2026.

Dr.Thavamani Devi Palaniswami served as a Director of the Company with effect from

29.07.2000 and played a pivotal leadership role, through which the Company immensely

benefited.

The sudden and unexpected passing away of Dr. Thavamani Devi Palaniswami is an irreparable

loss to the Company. All the Directors and employees express their deep sympathy, sorrow and

condolences to her family.
