In compliance with the applicable provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016,

the rules and regulations framed thereunder, and the SEBI/BSE requirements pertaining to

disclosures by listed companies undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP),

we hereby submit the outcome of the First Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of

PS IT Infrastructure & Services Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Corporate Debtor"),

held on Thursday, 4th June, 2026.

1. Accepted the resignation of CFO, Mr. Rajesh Baliram Patole;

2. Approved the Interim Finance for 180 days

3. Approved the ratification of the amendments in EOI and Form-G
