“WAAREERTL” has signed LOA of the execution of Engineering, Procurement and

Construction (EPC) contract for 300MW/450MWp Ground Mount Solar project with Two

years of operation and maintenance services from its wholly-owned subsidiary.

The details are required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI

Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30,2026 is

enclosed herewith as “Annexure A”.
