Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Smarters Films and Neeru Bajwa Entertainment for

the exploitation of theatrical rights for Pan India and Overseas territory of the Punjabi language

film titled "Thaapi”.

Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), as amended from time to time, We are

pleased to inform you that Panorama Studios International Limited has executed a Memorandum of

Understanding (MoU) with Smarters Films and Neeru Bajwa Entertainment for the exploitation of

theatrical rights for Pan India and Overseas territory of the Punjabi language film titled "Thaapi”

starring Neeru Bajwa, Sunny Singh and others and written & directed by Jagdeep Warring.
