With reference to our earlier intimation dated June 3t 2026 informing the Stock

Exchange about the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be

held on Today i.e. June 8% 2026 we wish to inform you that due to unavoidable

circumstances, the said Board Meeting has been rescheduled and will now be held on

Thursday June 11t 2026.

The agenda items proposed to be considered at the said meeting shall remain

unchanged as mentioned in the earlier intimation.

Accordingly, the Board Meeting scheduled on June 8th 2026 stands cancelled and the

Board Meeting shall now be held on June 11t 2026 at 3.00 pm.

This intimation is being submitted pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing
