This is with reference to our communication regarding closure of the Trading Window

in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the

Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.

We wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which

was scheduled to be held on June 8th 2026, has been rescheduled and will now be held

on 11 June 2026.

Accordingly, the Trading Window, which was already closed, shall continue to remain

closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives till 48 (Forty-Eight)

hours after the declaration of the outcome of the aforesaid Board Meeting to the Stock

Exchanges.

All Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives are advised not to deal in the

securities of the Company during the aforesaid period.
