Company's Security at your Exchange, in the recent past.

We wish to clarify that, there is no additional information and/or announcement (including

impending announcement), in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and

Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which in our opinion may have a bearing on the
