This is to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee ("the Committee") of the Company has approved

the allotment of 4,22,830 (Four Lakh Twenty Thousand eight hundred thirty) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to eligible

employee(s) under the LKPS ESOP - 2017 of the Company. Upon allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the

Company stand increased to Rs. 16,54,76,058/- (Rupees Sixteen Crores Fifty Four Lakhs Seventy Six thousand fifty

eight only) divided into 8,27,38,029 (Eight Crores Twenty seven Lakh thirty eight thousand twenty nine) Equity

Shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each from Rs. 16,46,30,398/- (Rupees Sixteen Crores Forty Six Lakhs Thirty

Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Eight only) divided into 8,23,15,199 (Eight Crores Twenty Three Lakhs Fifteen

Thousand One Hundred Ninety Nine) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) on June 08,2026.

The Equity Shares rank pari-passu with existing Equity Shares of the Company.
