Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)

Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform the stakeholders that the Company has successfully

completed the manufacturing of the export purchase order received from Taha Drugs &

Chemicals Co. Ltd for supply of Joemega Capsules aggregating to USD 141,600.

Further, the Company has commenced dispatch of the order. As on date, products having an

aggregate value of USD 118,634 have been dispatched to Sudan, while the balance quantity

is being dispatched as per the shipment schedule.
