Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and

Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), this is to inform you that

Mr. Shantilal Pokharna (DIN: 01289850), Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company

has tendered his resignation vide letter dated June 08, 2026 effective immediately, for the reasons

stated in his resignation letter.

The Board of Directors of the Company place on record its appreciation for the valuable contribution

and guidance provided by Mr. Shantilal Pokharna during his association with the Company as a Non-

Executive Non-Independent Director.

There are no material reasons for his resignation other than as aforementioned.

The relevant details pertaining to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master

Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as

Annexure A.
