regarding the H2 FY2026 Investor Conference Call of Shelter Pharma Limited scheduled to

be held on Wednesday, 10th June, 2026 pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of

the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

We wish to inform you that due to unavoidable circumstances, the aforesaid Investor

Conference Call scheduled for 10th June, 2026 stands cancelled and shall not be held as

scheduled.

The Company shall intimate the revised date and other details of the Investor Conference

Call separately in due course.
