In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and

Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), as amended, and in

furtherance to our earlier intimation dated May 22, 2026, we wish to inform you that Quint

Digital Limited ("Company") has executed Debenture Trust Deed ("DTD") with Catalyst

Trusteeship Limited ("Debenture Trustee"), Mr. Raghav Bahl, Ms. Ritu Kapur, and

RB Diversified Private Limited (collectively "Parties to the DTD") in connection with the offer,

issuance, and allotment of up to 10,000 (Ten Thousand) Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs"),

having a face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) each, aggregating up to

Rs. 1,00,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Crore Only), in one or more tranches, on a private

placement basis, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the

rules framed thereunder, and other applicable laws.

The detailed disclosure containing the specified information pertaining to the aforesaid event,

as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and the

applicable SEBI circulars, shall be made to the Stock Exchange(s) at the time of allotment of

the Non-Convertible Debentures.
