Director and Chairman of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the office of Director and

Chairman of the Company due to his pre-occupation with other commitments and inability to devote

sufficient time to the affairs of the Company.

The resignation has been received by the Company on 08 June 2026 and the same became effective
