(GST) from the Gulati Institute of Finance and

Taxation, Thiruvananthapuram.

He holds a Diploma in Arbitration and is a

Certified CSR Professional from ICSI. Further,

he has completed Certificate Courses in

Corporate Restructuring, Commercial

Contracts Management, Initial Public

Offering (IPO), and NBFC Compliances

conducted by ICSI.

He possesses over 10 years of post-

qualification experience in secretarial and
