 Further to our letter dated May 29, 2026 with respect to intimation of resignation of Smt. 

Shwetha Ramji, Vice President – Operation of the Company, we hereby inform you that based on 

the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors 

of the Company on May 29, 2026 has accepted the resignation of Smt. Shwetha Ramji, Vice 

President – Operation of the Company with effect from the closure of business hours on                       

May 28, 2026. A copy of the resignation letter is enclosed herewith. 

Further, we hereby inform you that, owing to an inadvertent omission, the resignation letter of 

Mrs. Shwetha Ramji was not included with the disclosure submitted on May 29, 2026. We are 

now submitting the same for your records and reference. 

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure 

Requirements)  Regulations,  2015  read  with  SEBI  Master  Circular No.
