JK Digital & Advance Systems Private Limited (“JK Digital”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Jaykay

Enterprises Limited (“JKE”), has been awarded the following Certifications by BSCIC Certifications

Private Limited for “Manufacture and Sale of Additive Manufactured Sterile Revision Surgery Hip

Implants, Augments, Spinal Implants and Patient Specific Implants”:

a. ISO 14001:2015 - Environmental Management System; and

b. ISO 45001:2018 - Occupational Health & Safety Management System

The receipt of these ISO certifications is vindication of JKE technology focus on Additive

Manufacturing and marks a significant milestone for JK Digital’s Medical Implants business for

compliance with internationally recognized standards in environmental management and occupational

health and safety.

These certifications further strengthen JK Digital’s integrated management systems and complement the

previously obtained ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications.

Copies of the said certificates are enclosed herewith.
