Stock Exchange seeking clarification/confirmation of news items appearing in

We are writing in reference to your email dated June 09, 2026 bearing reference no.

L/SURV/ONL/RV/SG/(2026-2027)/30 seeking clarification from Hampton Sky Realty Limited

(“Company”) in relation to the news item published on June 09, 2026 on the website of Money control

captioned "ED raids multiple premises across Punjab, UP and Delhi-NCR in Hampton Sky Realty

money laundering case", as well as the movement in the price of the equity shares of the Company,

under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

(“Listing Regulations”).

In this regard, the Company has reviewed the contents of the aforesaid news article and undertaken

appropriate internal verification. The Company wishes to clarify that, to the best of its knowledge and

based on information presently available, no raid, search, survey, investigation or similar action has

been conducted by the Enforcement Directorate on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at any premises of the

Company or its promoters in connection with the subject matter referred to in the aforesaid news article.

With respect to the specific queries raised by your good office, the Company wishes to clarify that it is

not aware of any negotiations, discussions, arrangements, transactions, events or developments

involving the Company of the nature referred to in the aforesaid news article. Accordingly, there is no

information requiring disclosure under Listing Regulations in relation to the matters referred to therein,

and the question of providing a chronology of events or reasons for non-disclosure does not arise.

We may submit that the Company is complying with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Listing

Regulations and has been disclosing all the material events, information etc. that have a bearing on the

operation/performance of the company, to the Stock Exchange.
