Regulation, 2011, with regard to transfer of 9,99,515 numbers of equity shares of Rs. 10/-

each constituting 22.30% total share capital / voting share capital of the Target Company, by

way of gift on 8th June, 2026 among immediate relatives, in compliance with regulation

10(1)(a)(i) of the said regulations.
