Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of the Company with immediate effect, vide

her resignation letter dated 03rd June, 2026 on account of professional commitments. Consequently,

she shall also cease to be member of Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee,

Stakeholders Relationship Committee.

We further confirm that there is no other material reason for their resignation other than those

provided above. Confirmation pursuant to Clause 7B of Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI

(LODR) Regulations, 2015, received from the Independent Directors is enclosed. Further, Disclosure

under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 are given in Annexure A.
