Regulations, 2015 regarding circulation of unauthorised third-party content on social media platforms including

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we

wish to inform the Stock Exchange that the Company has taken note of certain videos/content being circulated on

third-party social media platforms including YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram and other digital platforms

containing references to the Company, its business activities and certain financial/business parameters.

The Company hereby clarifies that it has no association, involvement, authorisation, control or participation in

the creation, preparation, publication, circulation or dissemination of such videos/content.

The Company further confirms that neither the Company nor its promoters, promoter group, directors, key

managerial personnel or authorised representatives have:

* created, sponsored, approved or circulated such content;

* provided any unauthorised investment communication or recommendation;

* issued any stock tips, buy/sell recommendations, target prices, guaranteed returns, price projections or

investment advice through any social media or third-party platform.

The Company understands that certain information appearing in such content may have been derived from

publicly available information disclosed by the Company through statutory filings made with the Stock

Exchanges. However, any analysis, interpretation, views, opinions or recommendations presented in such third-

party content are independently created by the concerned persons/entities and are not attributable to the Company.

The Company has initiated an internal review in relation to such unauthorised circulation and is evaluating

appropriate legal and regulatory actions, as may be required, against any misuse of the Company’s name, brand,

disclosures or publicly available information.

Further, as a precautionary investor protection measure, the Company shall place an appropriate disclaimer on its

official website clarifying that the Company does not provide any stock tips, investment recommendations, target

prices, guaranteed returns or investment advice through Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube, social media platforms

or any other unauthorised communication channels.

The Company reiterates its commitment towards maintaining transparency, protecting investor interests and

ensuring compliance with applicable provisions of SEBI Regulations, Listing Regulations and other applicable

laws.

This disclosure is being made for the information of the Stock Exchange and all stakeholders. You are requested

to take the same on your record.
