Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to

inform you that Mr. Dheeraj Bajoliya, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Key Managerial Personnel (KMP)

vide his letter dated June 09, 2026, has tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Financial

Officer (CFO) & Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from June 09, 2026, owing

to his personal reasons and he shall continue to serve the Company in capacity as Senior Manager -

Accounts & Taxation.

Further, the Company has received confirmation from Mr. Dheeraj Bajoliya that there are no material

reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter dated June 09, 2026, and

the same is enclosed with this letter.
