Hind Rectifiers Limited — Updates, 10-06-2026: Name Change

Hind Rectifiers Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on June 10, 2026 has approved change of name of the Company to Hirect Limited , subject to approval of the shareholders and approval of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and consequent amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015.
