this is to inform that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e., 10th June

2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration

Committee has appointed Mrs. Poornima M as Chief Financial Officer & Key

Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 11th June 2026.

The details as required to be disclosed under the SEBI Circular is annexed as

“Annexure-A”.

The Board Meeting commenced at 11:00 a.m. and concluded at 12:20 P.M. (IST).
