1. The Shareholder may note that a campaign called ‘Sakham Niveshak” has been re-launched from April 01, 2026

till July 09, 2026 in accordance with guidelines of Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA).

During the Campaign a dedicated team of the Company has been deputed to help that shareholders whose

dividend is withheld with the Company owing to non-updated their KYC & Nomination details or are facing any

other issue related to unclaimed dividends and shares.

physical form. Your KYC & Nomination details are not updated with the Company and your following dividend
