Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is

scheduled to be held on Saturday, 13th June, 2026 to consider inter alia the following businesses:

1. To consider and approve acceptance of unsecured loan(s) from Mr. Gnanesh Rajendrabhai

Bhagat, Managing Director of the Company, aggregating up to Rs.10,00,00,000/- (Rupees

Ten Crore Only), carrying interest at the rate of 8% per annum, on such terms and

conditions as may be approved by the Board, including repayment thereof in instalments.

2. To transact any other business with the permission of the chair.

This may be treated as compliance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure

Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
