FMCG company for Skin Care Products

Mumbai -IO'h June, 2026: Veerhealth Care Limited (BSE: VEERHEAL TH), Ayuveer, backed by

Veerhealth Care's expertise in Ayurveda, specializes in crafting ayurvedic medicines and oral care products

with natural ingredients. With a focus on quality and affordability, Ayuveer aims to offer an exceptional

and safe daily care experience to its customers.

This is a Repeat order from same Client for Supply of Face Care Products. The order will be executed within 45

days.

The buyer is a Leading FMCG company which operates in the domestic and international markets in the 'personal

and household care' segment. This company is part of a 125 year old prominent Business Group.

In F.Y. 2026-27 we are expecting Total Revenues 70-75 crores with PAT of 7-10%. But

considering current order book & the discussions for orders with buyers both Domestic & Exports

we may exceed this Revenues.

Globally, very few small-cap companies have secured US FDA plant clearance, positioning Veerhealth

Care in a distinctive category.

Veerhealth Care Limited specializes in manufacturing of Pure Vegetarian toothpaste.

The company is expecting to reach Revenue oH I 00 crores with PAT of I 0% in next 24 months.
