We would like to inform you that the Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company is

scheduled to be held on Tuesday,30"" June,2026 at 11:30 AM IST through video conferencing (“VC”)/Other

Audio -Visual Means (“OAVM”) in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act,2013.

In accordance with Regulation 44 of the of.the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)

Regulations ,2015 and Section 108 of the Companies Act ,2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies

(Management & Administration) Rules,2014, the e-voting facility is being provided to the shareholders of

the Company.

Further, be informed ,23" June, 2026, Tuesday will be the cut-off date for the purpose of offering remote-

e-voting period commences on Saturday, 27" June, 2026 (09:00 AM) and ends on Monday,29™ June,2026

(05:00 PM). The e-voting module shall be disabled for voting thereafter.
