Sudarshan lndustrles lnc. ("Sudarshan USA") has been incorporated on Friday, 5!h June 2026 as a

wholly-owned subsidiary having service address in 8, The Green Ste R, Dover County, Kent - 19901.

The Company has subscribed to 1,00,00,000 shares of US S0.O0OO1 each of Sudarshan USA aggregating

to US S 100 (approx. Rs.9,600/-) (100.00%ofthepaidupsharecapitatofSuclarshanUSA).
