Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)

Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltd. has entered

into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Kala Institute of Management Studies

and Research (KIMSR), Mumbai.

The MOU has been entered into with the objective of fostering academic collaboration and

exploring opportunities in the education and professional skilling space. The association will

focus on the Master of Management Studies (MMS) program and specialized certification

programs. The MMS program is under the academic framework of the University of Mumbai

and the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra.

The association is expected to support the Company's long-term growth strategy and

strengthen its presence in the higher education sector.

This disclosure is being made in accordance with the applicable provisions of Regulation 30

of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
